Pricing & Next Steps

Although I would love to take on everyone who approaches myself and Choice Hacking for consulting, my schedule only allows for a limited number of clients each year. I don't want to waste your time or mine, so I'll only work with those folks who truly benefit from a consulting engagement.

How much does a Customer Insight Report project cost? 
Customer Journey Mapping Packages start at $8,500 USD (with adjustments depending on size of company, complexity of engagement, and your local currency's purchasing parity to the US dollar). 


Additional payment FAQs: 

  • UK-based clients: I do charge VAT as Choice Hacking Ltd is incorporated in the UK. 
  • Non-UK based clients: I do not charge you UK VAT as you are not based in the United Kingdom.
  • US-based clients: I will complete and share a 1040 BEN-E form (as opposed to a normal 1040 form) as a part of the payment process. Don't worry, you don't need to do anything special, I just have to provide a slightly different form to the IRS :)
  • Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required for work to begin, with milestone payments required as deliverables are created. Invoices are sent in your local currency, so US-based businesses will get a USD invoice, UK-based businesses get a GBP invoice, etc.
  • Startups: At this time, I generally do not work with startups who have not made it past a Series B funding round. Exceptions are startups - of any size - who are prepared to pay 100% of my fee before work begins (apologies, but I've been burned in the past).
